Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

Delivery Fee

We offer free shipping for orders over AED 100. For orders under AED 100, there is a flat shipping charge of AED 10.

Additional charges for delivery and extended delivery times may apply if the address or location is outside city boundaries or falls within areas not covered by the courier company. Furthermore, bulk orders, heavy shipments, and large items may incur additional delivery fees, which will be communicated to customers prior to shipping.

Shipping Partner
Orders are shipped using Sky Express courier services and take 2-3 business days to deliver.

Order Cut Off Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be processed for shipping on the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time will be shipped on the following business day.

We do not ship and deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

For courier deliveries, customers must be available to receive a call from the courier before the delivery is made. If the customer is not available or does not answer the call, the delivery will be reattempted the next day, with a maximum of three attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to the warehouse, and the delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

For special truck deliveries of heavy and large items, reattempts will not be made. Each trip will be charged to the customer if the delivery fails.

For COD orders, the customer must have the cash payment ready at the time of delivery.

We strive to meet our delivery promises, but certain situations may impact our ability to do so. These situations include:

• The customer consignee is not available to answer the courier call.
• The provided address is closed at the time of delivery attempt.
• The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• Cash payment is not ready for COD orders.
